Integrate Lending

Supply and redeem from another client.

1. Derive reserve, asset_config, share_mint, user ATAs (underlying + shares).
2. Wrap SOL if the mint is WSOL.
3. Call lender_supply with min_shares_out from a quoted exchange rate minus slippage.
4. For redeem, pass shares and min_assets_out. Check accounted_liquidity_assets first.

Refresh the reserve if last_update_timestamp is old so the quote matches accrual.

vTokens are not accepted as margin collateral. Redeem first.
